APPLICATION - Using what you have read

5.   EITHER:
   (a)   Make a wordfind (word search) puzzle containing 12 good quality words related to your chosen story.   [3 marks]
   (b)   Paint a scene related to your selected tale on an A4-sized piece of paper.   [3 marks]


ANALYSIS - Organising information

6.   EITHER:
   (a)   In your opinion, which events from your story could not have really happened?  [3 marks]
   (b)   Use a Venn Diagram [What?] to compare and contrast any two main characters from your chosen tale.   [3 marks]


SYNTHESIS - Coming up with new ideas

7.   EITHER:
   (a)   Design a machine (draw and label it) which could help do something important in your selected story (it might take over some of the roles of other characters).   [3 marks]
   (b)   Write a radio commercial encouraging people to read your chosen story.   [3 marks]

8.   You have read more than one myth, legend and folk tale in your life. Compare the myth/legend/folk tale you have been working on for this assignment and any other myth/legend/folk tale you have read. Say which myth/legend/folk tale is better.
